Congratulations to Trusted Places for making it into the Guardian’s top ten dotcoms to watch list this week. The site featured alongside such Web 2.0 faves as Moo.com, Zopa and Dopplr.com
Sokratis Papafloratos and Walid Al Saqqaf founded Trusted Places in 2006 and shortly after received £500,000 funding from Howzat Media. Trusted Places is a recommendation and review site for finding great venues like bars, restaurants, shops etc.
Shiny Red started working with the guys just last month and, now we’re on board, hopes to bring more of this type of coverage to them as part of our remit of raising awareness of the brand and driving more of that all important traffic to the site.
