Pringles recent interactive campaign encouraged people to submit their own “Christmas Jingle about Pringles? for a prime advert slot during the Christmas Day Emmerdale episode on ITV.
In a crowded Christmas ad market with budgets being blown on celebs and glamour, Pringles have not only trimmed their ad spend, but they’ve also generated plenty of goodwill and online buzz – with some videos already generating over 11,000 views.
This is not the first time that Pringles have run UGC video competitions, but this is the most successful – some past entries aren’t quite ready for the prime time TV slot!
