Lily Fallala, Account Director
About me: I work with the team to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and KPIs are met. Working with Matt, I liaise with clients to ensure that their social media strategy complements their comms and business objectives. I'm also responsible for keeping Shiny abreast of developments within social media from investigating new tools that can improve our business to researching how we can address the ever important issue of ROI.
What else have I done?: Before joining Shiny Red I was Account Director at Mindshare, leading the social media strategy for Jaguar, Volvo and TK Maxx. Prior to that I was at entertainment agency Taylor Herring, activating digital campaigns for Living TV, Fox, MySpace and Bebo, and I started out at broadcast agency Markettiers4DC where I worked on the digital team on campaigns for Vodafone, Camelot and Diageo amongst others.
I like: obscure folk music, librarian chic and loafers I loathe: people who don’t give up their seats to older people on the bus
